กองปราบจับ 2 หนุ่มมาเลย์แกงค์คอลเซ็นเตอร์คาคอนโดฯขณะติดตั้งซิมบ๊อคในห้องพัก

ตำรวจกองปราบจับกุมแกงค์คอลเซ็นเตอร์ชาวมาเลเซีย 2 คน สอบสวนขยายผลมาจากการเข้าตรวจยึดซิมบ๊อค 2 จุดชายแดนไทยมาเลเซีย

วันนี้(27ม.ค.68) ตำรวจกองปราบ กองกำกับการ6 กองบังคับการปราบปราบ นำโดยพ.ต.อ.พงศ์ปณต ชูแก้ว ผกก.6 บก.ป. พ.ต.ท.วริศร มัจฉา รอง ผกก.6บก.ป พ.ต.ต.ธนาคาร อุชณรัศมี สว.กก6 บก.ป ร.ต.อ.พัทธดนย์ พูลพิพัฒน์ รองสว.(สอบสวน) กก.6บก.ป

เข้าจับกุมชายชาวมาเลเซีย 2 คน คือ นาย AZWAN BIN RIDWAN CHING และนาย.HENRY LOH SHI XIAN ได้คาคอนโดมิเนียมแห่งหนึ่งในอ.หาดใหญ่ จ.สงขลา

โดยในทางการสืบสวนพบว่าทั้งสองคนเป็นขบวนการแกงค์คอลเซ็นเตอร์ มีหน้าที่ติดตั้งเครื่องซิมบอร์คและอุปกรณ์ส่วนควบ ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ติดต่อไปยังเบอร์โทรศัพท์เพื่อหลอกเหยื่อ

และคุมตัวขึ้นไปตรวจค้นในห้องพัก ห้องที่ 903 ชั้น 9 ของคอนโดมีเนียมแห่งนี้ พบของกลางสำคัญ 15 รายกาย เช่น ซิมบ๊อค 2 เครื่อง ราวเตอร์ โน๊ตบุ๊ค โทรศัพท์มือถือ2เครื่อง กล้องวงจรปิด และอุปกรณ์ส่วนควบเช่นสายแลนสายไฟ กรอบตู้แอมป์เครื่องขยายเสียง จึงยึดเอาไว้ตรวจสอบ  โดยซิมบ๊อคและอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดถูกติดตั้งซ่อนไว้ใต้เตียงนอน

แต่จากการสอบสวนในเบื้องต้นชายชาวมาเลเซียทั้งสองคนยังให้การปฏิเสธว่าไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับแกงค์คอลเซ็นเตอร์แค่รับจ้างติดตามซิมบ๊อคและอุปกรณ์ส่วนควบเท่านั้น

การจับกุมชายชาวมาเลเซียทั้งสองคนทางตำรวจกองปราบได้สอบสวนขยายผลมาจากการเข้าตรวจยึดซิมบ๊อคของแกงค์คอลเซ็นเตอร์ 2 จุดในพื้นที่บ้านด่านนอก ตำบลสำนักขาม อ.สะเดา จ.สงขลา ครั้งแรกเมื่อช่วงเดือนตุลาคมและครั้งที่สองเมื่อวันที่ 23 มกราคมที่ผ่านมา

หลังจากที่มีผู้เสียหายถูกแกงค์คอลเซ็นเตอร์โทรหลอกเงินไปกว่า 2 ล้านบาท อ้างว่าเกี่ยวข้องกับการฟอกเงิน และให้เหยื่อโอนเงินในบัญชีไปตรวจสอบเส้นทางการเงินถ้าไม่ทำตามก็จะอายัติบัญชีทั้งหมด และพบว่ามีการติดตั้งเครื่องซิมบ๊อกเบอร์โทรที่ใช้โทรหลอกเหยื่ออยู่ในพื้นที่บ้านด่านนอก ต.สำนักขาม อ.สะเดา

ทางตำรวจกองปราบกองกำกับการ 6  จึงได้สืบสวนติดตามกลุ่มขบวนการแกงค์คอลเซ็นเตอร์ และทราบว่าได้ส่งคนเข้ามาติดตั้งระบบอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ในพื้นที่อ.หาดใหญ่ จำนวน 2 คน

จึงได้เฝ้าสืบสวนติดตามจนเมื่อวันที่ 26 มกราคม ผ่านมา เวลา 11.40 น. พบบุคลต้องสงสัยทั้งสองคนได้ขนอุปกรณ์ที่น่าเชื่อว่าเป็นอุปกรณ์ซิมบ๊อก และอุปกรณ์ส่วนควบ ขึ้นไปที่ห้อง 903 ชั้น 9 ของคอนโดมิเนียมแห่งนี้

กองปราบจึงแฝงตัวสังเกตุการณ์อยู่บริเวณคอนโดมีเนียม รอจนทั้งสองคนลงมาจากห้องจึงได้เข้าจับกุมตัวเอาไว้ได้ ได้พาขึ้นไปตรวจค้นห้องพักที่ทั้งสองคนเป็นผู้เช่าไว้พบซิมบ๊อคและอุปกรณ์ส่วนควบที่ติดตั้งเรียบร้อยแล้วอยู่ภายในห้องพักจึงตรวจยึดของกลางทั้งหมดเอาไว้

จากการสอบถามผู้ต้องหาทั้ง 2 คน บอกว่า เดินทางเข้ามาในประเทศไทย มีหน้าที่เอาซิมบ๊อกและอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด มาวางและติดตั้งระบบจริง

โดยไปรับอุปกรณ์ซิมบ๊อกมาจากรถสถานีรถโดยสารระหว่างประเทศ มาเลเซีย-หาดใหญ่ ในเมืองหาดใหญ่เมื่อวันที่ 26 มกราคม  เวลาประมาณ 09.00 น. ที่สถานีรถประจำทางหาดใหญ่

โดยซิมบ๊อคทั้งสองเครื่องซุกซ่อนมากับตู้แอมป์เครื่องขยายเสียงที่ดัดแปลงขึ้นมาเพื่อใส่ซิมบ๊อคไว้ข้างให้ดูว่าเป็นแค่ตู้แอมป์ธรรมดาปัองกันกันตรวจสอบของเจ้าหน้าที่ระวังส่งเข้ามา

จากนั้นก็ไปซื้อราวเตอร์อินเทอร์เน็ต ซิมการ์ด ที่ห้างแห่งหนึ่งในเมืองหาดใหญ่ และนำเครื่องซิมบ๊อกมาติดตั้งที่ห้องพักของคอนโดฯแห่งนี้ ซึ่งมีนายทุนชาวมาเลเซียเป็นคนให้ติดต่อเช่าไว้ก่อนแล้ว

ได้รับค่าจ้างในการติดตั้้งซิมบ๊อคคนละ 7,000 บาท ส่วนค่าเดินทางนายทุนชาวมาเลเซียจะเป็นคนออกให้ทั้งหมด และเมื่อติดตั้งเสร็จแล้วก็จะเดินทางกลับไปประเทศมาเลเซียทันที

เจ้าหน้าที่ชุดจับกุมจึงได้แจ้งข้อกล่าวหา แจ้งสิทธิ์ และนำตัวพร้อมของกลาง มาลงบันทึกประจำวันที่ สภ.หาดใหญ่ และควบคุมตัวพร้อมของกลางไปส่งพนักงานสอบสวนกองกำกับการ 6 กองบังคับการปราบปราม เพื่อดำเนินการตามกฎหมายต่อไป

The Crime Suppression Division police arrested two Malaysian call center gang members while they were installing SIM cards and equipment in a condominium in Hat Yai. However, they denied the charges, claiming that a Malaysian investor hired them to do so. The investigation was expanded from the seizure of SIM cards at two locations on the Thai-Malaysian border.

Today (27 January 2025), the Crime Suppression Division police, Division 6, Crime Suppression Division Led by Pol. Col. Pongpanat Chukaew, Superintendent of the 6th Division, Crime Suppression Division, Pol. Lt. Col. Warisorn Matcha, Deputy Superintendent of the 6th Division, Crime Suppression Division, Pol. Lt. Col. Thanakan Uchanarat, Superintendent of the 6th Division, Crime Suppression Division, Pol. Lt. Col. Phattanadon Phulpiphat, Deputy Superintendent (Investigation), 6th Division, Crime Suppression Division,

Arrested 2 Malaysian men, Mr. AZWAN BIN RIDWAN CHING and Mr. HENRY LOH SHI XIAN, at a condominium in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province.

The investigation found that both of them were part of a call center gang, responsible for installing SIMBLOCK machines and accessories, which are tools used to contact phone numbers to trick victims.

They were taken to search their room, room 903, 9th floor of this condominium, where they found 15 important items of evidence, such as 2 SIMBLOCK machines, routers, notebooks, 2 mobile phones, CCTV cameras, and accessories such as LAN cables and power cables. The amplifier cabinet frame was seized for examination. The SIM box and all equipment were hidden under the bed.

However, from the initial investigation, the two Malaysian men denied any involvement with the call center gang, only being hired to track the SIM box and accessories.

The arrest of the two Malaysian men was investigated by the Crime Suppression Division police as an extension of the investigation into the seizure of SIM boxes from two call center gangs in Ban Dan Nok, Tambon Samnak Kham, Amphoe Sadao, Songkhla Province. The first time was in October and the second time was on January 23.

After victims were scammed out of more than 2 million baht by a call center gang, claiming to be involved in money laundering and telling victims to transfer money to their bank accounts to check their financial trails, or if they did not comply, all accounts would be frozen. It was found that the SIM box with the phone number used to scam victims was installed in Ban Dan Nok, Tambon Samnak Kham, Amphoe Sadao.

The Crime Suppression Division 6 police therefore investigated and tracked down the call center gang. And it was known that 2 people had been sent to install a computer system in Hat Yai District.

Therefore, they kept an eye on the situation until 11.40 a.m. on January 26. They found that the two suspicious persons had carried equipment believed to be SIMBOX equipment and accessories up to room 903 on the 9th floor of this condominium.

The Crime Suppression Division therefore went undercover in the condominium area and waited until the two of them came down from the room before arresting them. They took them up to search the room that the two of them were renting and found SIMBOX and accessories already installed in the room, so they seized all the evidence.

From questioning the two suspects, they said that they had traveled into Thailand and were responsible for placing the SIMBOX and all the equipment and installing the system.

They had picked up the SIMBOX equipment from the Malaysia-Hat Yai International Bus Station in Hat Yai City on January 26 at approximately 9.00 a.m. at the Hat Yai Bus Station.

Both SIM boxes were hidden in a modified amplifier cabinet to put the SIM box on the side to make it look like an ordinary amplifier cabinet to prevent the officers from checking it. Be careful when sending it in.

Then, they went to buy an internet router and SIM card at a shopping mall in Hat Yai and brought the SIM boxes to install in the condo room, which had been rented by a Malaysian investor in advance.

They received 7,000 baht for installing the SIM boxes each, while the Malaysian investor will pay for all travel expenses. Once the installation is complete, they will immediately travel back to Malaysia.

The arresting officers therefore informed them of the charges, their rights, and took them along with the evidence to record the daily log at Hat Yai Police Station. They then took them along with the evidence to the investigation officers of Division 6, Crime Suppression Division, to proceed with legal action.
